DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Our terms are intentionally designed to be very easy-to-understand so that we can limit or hopefully avoid disputes between the users and us. Notwithstanding, we envisage that we may not be able to totally avoid the occurrence of disputes.

In our bid to foster harmonious relation with all our users, if any issue or claims arise resulting from the use of our store, the user shall first explore amicable resolutions by contacting us via email or any of our social media platforms. Upon issuing a complaint, we shall open dialogue with the user with the hopes of resolving the issue or claim.

Where we are unable to resolve by amicable settlement a user’s claims arising from these terms and conditions or the use of our online store, and the user is yet unsatisfied: the user agrees that the claim must be resolved exclusively in the court of competent jurisdiction in Canada. The user also agrees that to submit to the personal jurisdiction of either of these courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim, and that the laws of Canada will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
