Refund policy

Our hopes and aspirations are that you love your products. However, upon delivery of an order to a user who is unsatisfied with the product, the user shall within 5 days from the date of delivery, initiate a return of the product(s). Once the user has initiated return of the product(s), the user shall then be required to place the product in its original pack, including any accessories, tags, labels and freebies. Where the product has been modified or configured by any means or for any reason whatsoever, the return may be invalid.

Properly packaged product (s) for return shall be dropped off at any office outlet of the vendor. Courier can also pick it up. Some charges may apply.

Upon receipt of the returned item, inspection to confirm its state, and confirmation thereof, we will within 14 business days’ process a refund of the purchase price. We will refund you through your (Wallet) payment that allows you to use it for future purchases.
