Shipping policy

Our delivery schedules are as follows:
◾Three to Ten (7) business days or less for intra-country deliveries (where both vendor and user are resident in the same country).
◾ Five to 10 business days for intra-continental deliveries (where both vendor and user are resident in different countries but within the same continent).
◾ Seven to 14 business days for inter-continental deliveries (where both vendor and user are resident in different continents).

Each product shall include the timeline of delivery. The above notwithstanding, where it is impracticable for a vendor to deliver the products to the user within the timeline envisaged, the vendor shall without delay notify the user and an alternative agreed.

For all international transactions on our Cheson Home-Décor Online Store, the following shall apply:

◾ Products ordered from outside the place of residence by the user shall attract import duties and taxes upon arriving their destination. We are not responsible for such charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the user. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on cost and procedures. Since the user will be the importer, it is important to ensure that the products are in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the products are to be delivered.

◾ The shipping cost for products will be displayed alongside the products to be shipped and the country of origin.

◾ Since products may be inspected at the port upon arrival, we cannot guarantee that the packaging of the products will be free of signs of tampering and will not be held liable for any such tampering. We will not be liable for wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information.

◾ Our delivery schedule shall equally apply to shipping.
